Together with furry kids, it’s a good Getaway option in Hong Kong. I just happened to come across the hotel’s doga activity, which added more color to the journey.

I have passed this hotel many times and saw that there is a pet package, so I went to have a staycation with my dog. The hotel is a bit dilapidated overall. There is a pet floor, but it is strange. There are several stairs on the floor. It is not convenient for pet cars. The room is of a decent size, but I don't understand why there is a space next to the bed. felt? Moreover, they are relatively dilapidated and have draped mouths. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. The only breakfast is All day breakfast, which is good, but there are only two tables where pets can sit together.
Really disappointed that it seems pet friendly but the pet-only room requires stairs and is completely inconvenient for pets with a stroller. In addition, although there are small equipment for pets in the room, it is recommended that the hotel provide a comfortable mattress for pets to be called a pet-friendly hotel! The most disappointing thing for me was that it was 13 degrees Celsius when I checked in. When I was taking a shower at night, the water suddenly froze and the shower head ran out of water. I was halfway through washing and couldn't wash anymore! The freezing weather finally made me sick! This is really unacceptable to me! Although the front desk staff arranged for me to take a shower in another room, the experience was so bad, so bad, so bad! Just say "I'm sorry" and get by! In addition, all toothbrushes and combs need to be charged separately, which is not required by other local hotels! You really don’t need to come back to this hotel again! Really disappointing!
Overall good, pet friendly, parking included, nice view. It is good to provide pet supplies, but the thickness of the pet bed is not enough. Towels are needed for pets to sleep, but the room is not clean enough. There are hairs on the bedside table and a lot of dust on the edges of the room. There were insufficient instructions when checking in. I mistakenly thought that I would take my pet to the restaurant for breakfast, because the restaurant did not allow pets to enter, and then returned to the room to have breakfast. It is not good for employees to get along with each other in front of guests. When checking in, one employee accidentally bumped into another employee, and the other employee immediately lost his temper with the other employee.
The conversation was a chilling experience. Just because we were not in the city and had to take a long ride, it actually felt far away from the hustle and bustle. The whole room was flat.
The surrounding environment of The Pier Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, the bathrooms are separated from wet and dry, and there is an independent kitchen and terrace. It is a first-class vacation!
