The meeting place had a notice posted directing us to a location several doors down. I felt that without a translation function, it would be impossible to find, so that's a negative. I think the guide's quality is good. However, they proceed without taking a break along the way, so if you're not confident in your legs, you might feel a little tired. I regret not being able to enjoy it more with better English skills.

The guide isn't bad. But Klook, even though they're an agency, doesn't take any responsibility. The local travel agency changed the time and schedule, and even though I couldn't see the Sagrada Familia, they couldn't do anything about it – a truly irresponsible system. The Uffizi was so-so. I highly recommend buying tickets directly.
You must first gather at the tourist shop. The tour guide will take you to the art museum (about 10 minutes) and introduce the scenic spots along the way. When you go to an art museum, you can bring important works with you, which is more convenient than finding them yourself. The female tour guide we met gave a very detailed introduction, but she spoke too fast, making it difficult for non-native English-speaking tourists to understand. The actual tour in the museum ended in about 80 minutes, so we should ask her to speak more slowly.

We are so thankful to book the tour for the gallery. We had insight of each art work and had a such great experience to walk around the gallery without lining up.
