Our guide Leonardo was very enthusiastic, informative, knowledgeable and patient. He is very professional and polite. He explains the painting and kind of art prior letting us hear through the auto guide. He guides the information we get from the audio guide so, we can understand more clearly. we had a nine persons group with one accompanying guide. the audio contents were specially curated for key master pieces. the guide was too soft spoken, hence, we could hardly hear him when the exhibitions areas were crowded with othe me visitors. to be fair to Remo, he is a knowledgeable guide. it would be perfect if he has a microphone so that we could hear him better. for those who wish to visit Uffizi. it is better to buy the skip the line ticket and rent audio equipment from the museum directly. or, better still get a personal guide.

The tour guide was late. Additionally, we booked a Chinese-speaking guide, but ended up with only an English-speaking one, whose English wasn't proficient enough, so we had to rely on the audio guide for explanations.
