Activation procedure

  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • Please activate the SIM only upon arriving at your destination. Scanning or manually adding the SIM will activate it and start the time calculation.
  • Please follow the below instructions and photo guides referring to your specific phone device:
  • To Add eSIM: 1. Go to Settings > Cellular, then tap Add Cellular Plan 2. Enter the Activation Code received from the confirmation sent by eSIM provider 3. Start traveling with your eSIM plan
  • To Erase eSIM: Settings - Cellular - Cellular Plan (choose the plan you want to remove) - Remove Cellular Plan

  • Please make sure the Internet is stable during adding eSIM, preventing the eSIM plan from being deleted in case of failure of adding.
  • If eSIM plan hasn't been used up, users who delete the plan cannot be re-issued a new code or refund. Also, if eSIM plan hasn't been confirmed with KarDear customer service the validity, users who delete the plan cannot be re-issued a new code or refund.
  • If the plan you added displays "Activating" continuously, please turn off the old plan. You can turn on all the plan after the new plan is activated.
