• Children aged 0-2 are free of charge and do not occupy a seat, but participation is not recommended. If you wish to participate, please notify us by email in advance. If you do not notify us in advance and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse boarding. Thank you for your cooperation. If children under 2 need to occupy a seat, please purchase a ticket; the ticket price is the same as for adults and a note must be made. For children over 2, the price is the same as for adults. In addition, elderly people aged 65 and above (inclusive) must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others who are unsuited to withstand excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this project: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy. If the condition is concealed during registration, the consequences must be borne by oneself.
2. This tour is a fixed-route carpooling trip. Customers participating in this tour must strictly adhere to the designated stop times at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you fail to arrive on time, the tour guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you must proceed to the next attraction on your own to meet the group.
3. No refunds will be issued for anyone who fails to participate in or interrupts the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, or other factors; please take note. If you leave the tour group on your own accord during the trip, no fees will be refunded. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.
4. If you need to bring large luggage, please inform us when booking. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light meals or unopened drinks may be brought along, but eating is prohibited on the bus. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels on the day, arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage duration must not exceed 10 hours. In the event of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or have sightseeing time shortened/attractions reduced; your understanding is appreciated. However, requests for refunds or negative reviews on these grounds will not be accepted.
6. Vehicle and Tour Guide Arrangements: Vehicles and tour guides will be arranged based on the number of participants. If there are fewer than 12 participants, we will use a small vehicle with 14 seats or fewer, providing only a driver without tour guide services. If there are more than 12 participants, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be advised. This product is a carpooling service and you will share the vehicle with other guests.
7. The tour guide will recommend lunches and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. Shopping is optional with no forced purchases.
8. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime itinerary.
9. The daytime tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance and accidental injury insurance; please purchase them yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers, so please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
10. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip, containing: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the tour guide's social contact information. Please make sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Please do not be late on the day of the trip, and no refunds or changes are allowed on the day! Therefore, be sure to check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your phone accessible during the tour so that the relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
11. For those using LINE, due to regional restrictions of LINE, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly using your LINE ID on the day before the tour. Therefore, we will create a LINE group on the day before the tour and send the LINE group link to you via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
12. In addition, travel insurance is not included in any of our company's travel itineraries. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Guests are kindly requested to purchase their own insurance!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
