If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for a group tour, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In case of extreme weather such as a typhoon or heavy snow, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 6:00 PM local time one day before departure and notified by email.
• This is a group tour. Seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate, but the final arrangement will be based on the actual situation on site. The vehicle model will be arranged according to the number of participants and cannot be specified. For smaller groups, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the commentary will be relatively brief. If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. If any damage or mess is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional charges (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY/hour). The itinerary is for reference only; actual traffic, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other conditions. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions based on actual circumstances. If cable cars, boats, or other facilities, such as snowmobiles, are suspended due to weather or force majeure, they will be replaced with visits to other attractions or adjusted stopover times. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or early departures due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by the individual.
• In winter, if there are special circumstances such as highway closures or restricted access to scenic spots, we will reduce or change the itinerary, and no refunds will be given. Please arrive at the meeting point on time; we will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes, and for winter or mountain trips, please bring your own warm clothing.
• The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any bodily harm or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the itinerary is interrupted due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fees will not be refunded, and travelers will be responsible for their return journey or additional accommodation costs.
• During peak travel times on Japanese holidays and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power bank.
