• [Group formation notice] Minimum group size: 6 people. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size specified above, the tour itinerary will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date (or please pay attention to platform messages).
• [Magome-juku Itinerary Notes] ① Hiking from Magome-juku to Tsumago-juku, 9 km in total, takes about 3.5 hours. Please decide whether to participate based on your personal physical condition. If participating, please note it when booking. ② Exploring the old streets of Magome-juku, about 2.5 hours, followed by taking a vehicle to Tsumago-juku.
• [Child Free Policy] Infants and children will be counted towards the total number of passengers. Children aged 0-2 years who do not occupy a separate seat may participate for free, and children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults. If you are traveling with a 0-2 year old child (free of charge), each adult is limited to bringing one child to participate for free. Please make a note of this when booking. In the event of failure to notify in advance and insufficient seating, the driver has the right to refuse boarding, and any resulting losses must be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle & Tour Leader Arrangement Instructions] Vehicle usage: Different vehicles are arranged based on the actual number of travelers; vehicle models cannot be specified, your understanding is appreciated. For small-group tours, a driver-cum-onboard-staff member will be arranged to provide full-journey travel services without an additional tour leader. The driver-cum-tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management; upon arrival at attractions, please enjoy self-guided visits. For groups of 14 or more people, a separate tour guide will be arranged. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person is allowed to carry one standard-sized piece of luggage for free. If you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please notify us in the remarks section.
• [Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder] On the evening before departure from 19:00 to 22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-trip notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, license plate number, meeting point map, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it in time and also check your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed, and we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the most recently sent one shall prevail.
• [Meeting Time Requirement] Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Since the tour is operated on a shared-vehicle basis, we cannot wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be issued. Please pay close attention to the stay and meeting times at each attraction as requested by the tour leader. Any expenses and related responsibilities arising from arriving late will be borne entirely by you. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Itinerary Time] The times indicated in this itinerary are estimated. Actual arrival and stay times at each attraction may be slightly adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions and weather on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Force Majeure Response Instructions] In the event of itinerary delays caused by force majeure factors such as weather and transportation, the tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence on-site, or shorten or cancel the stay duration at certain attractions according to actual circumstances to ensure the safe and orderly execution of the itinerary. In case of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the departure of this tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email at any time thereafter.
