• Some of the stairs at Inuyama Castle are quite steep, so it is recommended that you wear comfortable, non-slip shoes. Elderly visitors may find it a bit strenuous to climb, so it's best to take it slow and not push yourself too hard.
• Tsumago-juku and Magome-juku are both historic streets full of ancient charm. Exploring them requires walking, and you can only truly experience the atmosphere of the Edo period by strolling slowly.
• We will send an email to guests between 18:00-21:00 on the day before the trip to inform them of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your inbox in time. The email may be mistakenly placed in the spam folder. If it is the peak season, the email sending time may be delayed, please understand. In special cases, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
• Please be aware that because this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle. The tour guide may provide bilingual explanations. Thank you for your understanding.
• As the day trip involves carpooling, we kindly request that you arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected expenses and liabilities incurred due to your tardiness. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the applicant is an elderly person over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, a disclaimer must be signed to ensure safety and improve relevant security procedures. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking. We will send the disclaimer agreement via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return a photo of it in advance to complete the registration process.
