What to expect
Ramen Factory is Kyoto's hands-on ramen studio where you don't just eat ramen — you make it. In this 90-minute class you will make noodles from scratch: measure and mix the flour, knead, roll and cut the dough, then boil and drain your fresh noodles just like a ramen chef. You will also mix your own soup from our original recipe and roast chicken chashu for the topping. Finally, sit down and enjoy the one-and-only bowl of ramen you created, and take home a small souvenir. Vegetarian, vegan and Muslim-friendly (no pork, no alcohol, halal chicken) courses are available. Our friendly staff guide every step in English, so no cooking experience is needed — perfect for families, couples and solo travelers. Located near Demachiyanagi Station in central Kyoto.
