• Rime Ice Rafting: Rafting provides cold-proof cotton clothes and life jackets. Children under 1.4 meters are not allowed to raft. Because rime ice can only be seen when the temperature is low, you need to depart early today. Breakfast can be packed or enjoyed after the visit. The specific arrangements will be based on the actual situation. Whether rime ice can be seen depends on the weather on the day, and it cannot be guaranteed, please be aware.
• The freezing period of Jingpo Lake is from around December 20th each year to around February 20th of the following year. Jingpo Lake winter fishing, snow fort, and ice snow tubing are expected to open after January 1st! If some tour dates are not within the freezing period and cannot be played, they will be replaced with the Dream Home Scenic Area within the Snow Town scenic area. We appreciate your understanding.
• Changbai Mountain Tianchi Scenic Area may implement temporary closure measures due to sudden severe weather (such as strong winds, heavy fog, snowfall, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.

• Xuexiang's characteristic farmhouse heated kangs, 4-6 person rooms, shared by gender; central heating, all with independent bathrooms. Due to the special structure of the heated kangs, the facilities in the small village are relatively limited, lacking the softness of a mattress, and comfort is not optimal.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers for the tour with them will be their guardian during the tour. Those aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues are not accepted: those suffering from serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those in post-operative recovery periods), pregnant women, and those with mobility issues, please understand.

• Cancel 7-4 days before the start of the trip to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellation on the day of the itinerary will result in a 20% refund.
