• Please ensure your phone is reachable. We will contact guests by phone before 21:00 on the day before departure to inform them of the license plate number and important notes.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers with them will be their guardian during the tour. Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend. Reservations from pregnant women are not accepted; we appreciate your understanding.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• The itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and to pay attention to safety during the trip.
• For some guests whose arrival and departure times are close, we will arrange shared shuttle service, which may involve some waiting time. We appreciate your understanding. If a guest misses their shuttle due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for any resulting losses.
• Hotel accommodation: By default, a hotel twin room will be arranged, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement".
• Hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the front desk and wait a bit by exploring the hotel surroundings. Some hotels require a deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out under normal circumstances. On the last day, please check out before 12:00 PM.
• If you meet the current free admission policy of each scenic spot on the day and you belong to the free admission group for the scenic spot, the ticket refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. Instead, the refundable amount will be calculated and refunded according to the travel agency's group discount policy.
• If you need airport pick-up/drop-off, you can add a vehicle.
• The sightseeing tour times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times, are for reference only. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue, but will not bear the losses caused thereby. If additional expenses are incurred as a result, tourists are kindly requested to cover them themselves.
• There may be souvenir shops in some scenic spots and near stops along the route of this itinerary. Rest stops (water refilling points, toilets) and small shops along the way are not considered shopping establishments. Local residents selling souvenirs and local specialties are not services provided by our company. Please purchase with caution to avoid being deceived.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
