• Ice activities such as winter fishing in Tianchi Lake and snow dragon, with the lake freezing period from around December 20th each year to around February 20th of the following year; if the lake is not frozen, the Tianchi Lake package ticket is refunded at 60 yuan/person.
• The opening hours of Luneng Resort Snow Park are after December 22nd; specific projects are subject to the actual opening of the resort.
• Rime Ice Rafting: Rafting provides cold-proof cotton clothes and life jackets. Children under 1.4 meters are not allowed to raft. Because rime ice can only be seen when the temperature is low, you need to depart early today. Breakfast can be packed or enjoyed after the visit. The specific arrangements will be based on the actual situation. Whether rime ice can be seen depends on the weather on the day, and it cannot be guaranteed, please be aware.
• Changbai Mountain Tianchi Scenic Area may implement temporary closure measures due to sudden severe weather (such as strong winds, heavy fog, snowfall, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.
• Please ensure your contact information is up to date. After successful booking, we will contact you via email within 1 business day.
• Please ensure your phone is reachable. We will contact guests by phone before 21:00 on the day before departure to inform them of the meeting time and location.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers for the tour with them will be their guardian during the tour. Those aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues are not accepted: those suffering from serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, or those in post-operative recovery periods), pregnant women, and those with mobility issues, please understand.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• For some guests whose arrival and departure times are close, we will arrange shared shuttle service, which may involve some waiting time. We appreciate your understanding. If a guest misses their shuttle due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for any resulting losses.
• Return trip: It is recommended to purchase a return flight ticket from Changbaishan Airport after 16:30, or a high-speed train ticket from Erdaobaihe Changbaishan Station after 17:30.
• Skiing is a high-risk sports activity; please be sure to pay attention to personal safety and act within your capabilities!
• Hotel check-in time is generally after 14:00. Please inform the front desk "Xueyu + your name" to check in and present your identification. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the front desk and wait a bit while exploring the hotel surroundings. The front desk will require a deposit when you check in, which will be refunded upon check-out under normal circumstances. On your last day, please check out before 12:00.
• If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time due to personal reasons or third-party reasons, we will assist you in appropriately adjusting your itinerary, for example, by rushing to the second meeting point, but we will not be responsible for any expenses incurred therein. Fees for normally arranged scenic spots, activities, accommodation, meals, etc., that you did not participate in due to personal reasons, force majeure, or third-party reasons are non-refundable.
• The itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and to pay attention to safety during the trip.
• It is recommended to wear soft, moisture-wicking, breathable thermal underwear + sweater + down jacket/ski jacket; soft, moisture-wicking, breathable thermal briefs + thin cotton pants + outer pants/professional ski pants; and lightweight, warm, thick-soled non-slip shoes/snow boots/professional ski shoes + cotton socks.
• It is recommended to bring warm equipment such as hats, gloves, neck warmers, and masks to protect facial organs from frostbite.
• It is recommended to bring items such as a backpack, thermos cup, skincare products, sunglasses, snacks, as well as various electronic devices, communication equipment, photography equipment, and their corresponding chargers and batteries, for any unforeseen needs!
• If you or your family members have personal allergies, please prepare your own allergy medication. Additionally, it is recommended to bring your own cold and fever medicine, motion sickness medicine, and gastrointestinal medicine.
• Hotel accommodation: By default, a hotel twin room is arranged, with 2 adults per room. Room sharing is not possible. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, you must purchase a "single room supplement".
• The sightseeing tour times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times, are for reference only. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue, but will not bear the losses caused thereby. If additional expenses are incurred as a result, tourists are kindly requested to cover them themselves.
• There may be souvenir shops in some scenic spots and near stops along the route of this itinerary. Rest stops (water refilling points, toilets) and small shops along the way are not considered shopping establishments. Local residents selling souvenirs and local specialties are not services provided by our company. Please purchase with caution to avoid being deceived.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations 8 days before the start of the trip are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancel 7-4 days before the start of the trip to receive a 50% refund.
• Cancel 3-1 days before the start of the trip to receive a 40% refund.
• Cancellation on the day of the itinerary will result in a 20% refund.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund rules: 100% refund available 8 days before departure.
• Partial refund rules: Within 7 days before the trip departure, charges will be based on the actual loss incurred by the hotel.
