• Preschoolers (Under Elementary): Free of charge if they do not require a seat. If a seat is needed, please make a paid reservation for them.
• Wheelchair Users: An assistant must accompany you. Please be aware that there are no wheelchair-accessible ramps or elevators on this tour.
• Transfer Area: Pickup/drop-off is only available within Fukue Town (within 20 minutes from Fukue Port).
• Solo Travelers: 1-person bookings are accepted, but an additional single surcharge will be charged.
• The schedule may change or be canceled depending on weather.
• Expect a short uphill walk (stairs/hill with a 20m elevation change) from the parking lot to the venue.
• The mountain is higher and colder than the town, so please dress warmly! (We provide winter coats for guests in winter).
