Registration Procedures and Admission Regulations

•Registration for the Event is open via the Klook platform . •Quotas are limited and shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until exhausted. •Participants must present a valid QR Code issued by Klook upon entry. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to verify identification documents to confirm eligibility for participation.

No Refund and Non-Amendable Policy

•Once registration is confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or amendments in any form (including but not limited to changes in event date, time slots, or grouping) shall be permitted under any circumstances, including absence due to personal reasons.

Adverse Weather and Force Majeure Disclaimer

•In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather (including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning) or any Force Majeure factors, the Organiser shall not be liable for any refunds. •Compensation arrangements regarding the collection of Welcome Gifts for affected participants will be announced via official communication platforms within 14 days of the event cancellation.

Right of Refusal and Administrative Authority

•The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who fails to meet the age requirements or entry criteria for a specific session. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, compensation, or refund claims arising therefrom.

Final Decision

•These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, MEGA CARD SHOW 2026 reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
