Good to know
- All entrants, upon entering the venue, are deemed to have agreed to abide by the rules within the venue and assume all risks and responsibilities associated with using the facilities.
- Children under 100cm must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above (e.g., parent or guardian) to enter. Children without adult accompaniment will be denied entry.
- Height will be determined by the height ruler provided in the store.
- Individuals with high blood pressure, respiratory problems, chronic illnesses, other hidden medical conditions, etc., should carefully assess whether to enter.
- If you have heart disease, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any physical discomfort, please do not participate.
- For the safety and comfort of guests, all entrants must wear shoe covers (a pair of shoe covers is included with the ticket).
- Please do not bring the following items into this venue: dangerous or toxic substances, sharp objects, food, alcoholic beverages, drinks, and pets.
- Must be redeemed according to the booking date and within the opening hours of that day; it will expire if overdue.
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the venue.
- For safety reasons, throwing snow, running, chasing, or pushing is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Guests should take care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue. The venue will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the premises.
- Guests should keep the venue clean and hygienic and use all facilities carefully, without malicious damage, otherwise, they will be liable for the cost of damages.
- While in the venue, parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children. The venue will not be liable for any injuries resulting from any accidents or harm.
- In case of severe weather or special events, or when circumstances require, operating hours may be temporarily changed, the venue or any part thereof may be closed, the number of authorized entrants may be restricted, and/or any facilities may be suspended or canceled to ensure safety and order.
- No rescheduling or cancellation is allowed.
- The park will remain open during Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning, and Red Rainstorm Warning. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning, Red Rainstorm Warning, or higher typhoon signal is issued on the booking date, guests who need to change their play date for safety reasons should contact KLOOK on that day, and KLOOK will assist guests in changing their booking date. The park will adjust its operating hours and policies according to actual circumstances to ensure the safety and health of the public to the greatest extent possible.
- Magic Ice reserves the right of final decision to temporarily change operating hours, close the venue or part of it, restrict the number of authorized entrants, and/or suspend or cancel any facilities due to special events or when circumstances require.

Reviews
Even just 30 minutes was enough time to have fun, and it wasn't as cold as I expected. Because it's so popular, some children's sizes for the protective full-body suits, shoes, and shoe covers were out of stock, and the gloves were sold out. Luckily, you can still play without these specific clothes. If you need gear, you might have to bring your own or bring an extra set of clothes and socks to change into. The staff at the entrance will also remind you how to play safely. This time, we were lucky that my 4-year-old could use slightly larger shoe covers, which solved the entry issue, and we had a great time.
The kids had a new experience, playing in the snow for the first time, and it was quite convenient because they didn't even need to wear snow jackets. The children had a great time playing inside, though the only downside was that the venue was a bit small.
The place is a bit small, but the kids were so happy to be able to play in the snow here in Hong Kong! It would be even better if the space were a bit larger.
