• Free baggage allowance: One piece of baggage per person can be stored free of charge. If the limit is exceeded, an additional baggage fee of JPY 2,000 per piece will apply.
• If the minimum number of participants, 13 people, is not met, the driver will also serve as the guide. Thank you for your understanding.
• The meeting time is 7:50. To allow time for check-in, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 5–10 minutes before the meeting time.
• The following admission and experience fees are not included in this tour: Kumamoto Castle Main Tower Admission Ticket (reference price: JPY 800 per person; as the stay time is limited, we do not recommend spending a long time touring the inside of the main tower), Kusasenri Horseback Riding Experience (reference price: JPY 1,500 per person for 15 minutes), and Aso Volcano Museum Admission Fee (reference price: JPY 1,300 per person; if the Aso Volcano crater is closed, we will recommend visiting the Aso Volcano Museum, and admission fees are at your own expense).

Cancellation policy

• From 08:00 local time 3 days before the participation date until 08:00 local time 2 days before the participation date: 30% of the total booking amount
• From 08:00 local time 2 days before the participation date until 08:00 local time 1 day before the participation date: 50% of the total booking amount
• From 08:00 local time 1 day before the participation date until the participation time: 100% of the total booking amount
• Cancellation after the tour has started or no-show without prior notice: 100% of the tour fee
• Changes cannot be made after the booking has been confirmed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your current booking and make a new booking. Please note that the cancellation policy will still apply in this case
