What You’ll Do Watch a live sushi-making demonstration by a professional chef Shape your own 8 pieces of sushi, guided step by step Enjoy your creations fresh, paired with fish-bone soup (arajiru) and dessert Add a sake pairing for an extra fee (optional)
A Truly Private Experience This members-only restaurant’s private room is reserved exclusively for your group. With a maximum of 8 guests, it’s an intimate, hands-on experience with plenty of one-on-one time with the chef.
