This was truly an exceptional sushi experience. From the moment I sat at the counter, I could feel the care and craftsmanship that went into every dish. The chef was warm and attentive, and explained each ingredient and dish with great detail. Every piece of sushi was beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. I especially loved how each dish was seasoned to bring out the natural umami and flavor of the ingredients. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of me made the experience even more special.
