- The maple viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the tour group is formed, it will depart as scheduled regardless of the maple leaf conditions. Please be aware of this.
- Vehicle type used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an attendant will be arranged to provide full travel services, without an additional tour leader. After arriving at the attractions, you are free to explore. Please be aware of this.
- The operating schedule of attractions and facilities is subject to the official announcements of the facilities. In the event of temporary closure due to force majeure factors such as weather, the stay time at other attractions and facilities will be extended, and no additional refunds will be processed. Please be aware of this.
- On the day of the itinerary, due to road conditions and other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please be aware of this.
- Due to the longer travel time, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times provided above are estimates only. - The tour guide will not contact you the day before. Please check the email address provided during booking on the day before departure, as tour guide information will be sent via email.

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
