Other Reminders
- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
- Tour start times vary slightly between June–August(5:50 PM~) and September–October(5:30 PM~). ※There is no change to the start time for the lunch session (11:15 AM).
- For safety reasons, the tour may be cancelled in the event of heavy rain or rising river levels. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Cancellation decisions will be made as follows: Day Tours: by the evening of the previous day / Night Tours: by 12:00 PM (noon) on the tour date
- Guests will be notified immediately once a cancellation decision has been made.
- Please ensure you arrive promptly at the designated meeting place.
- Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.
- The schedule may be subject to sudden changes or shorter visit durations due to reasons such as traffic congestion.
- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
- In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Please note that the ”Performance by Usho” will be canceled in the event of rain.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
