Mount Buller attracts domestic and international ski enthusiasts every year to show off their skills. 22 cable cars and magic carpets can transport 40,000 visitors per hour. Whether you are a beginner or an expert skier, you can find a suitable slope here.

- Guests aged 65 and above, and 18 and below, must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour.
- If the tour cannot be formed due to force majeure, our company will notify guests at least 24 hours in advance and issue a full refund.
- [1-Day Tour Package] For cancellations or changes made 8 days or more before the departure date, a free refund or change of departure date (2026 snow season) is allowed. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. For cancellations or changes made 3-7 days (inclusive of 7 days) before the departure date, a $50 per order processing fee will be charged, and the departure date can be changed (2026 snow season), but no refund will be issued. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. For cancellations or changes made within 2 days of the departure date, the order cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance. If passengers do not arrive on time, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture.
- Skiing involves risks. Our company strongly recommends that guests purchase high-risk sports insurance. Our company is not responsible for any injuries or deaths resulting from accidents during the trip.
- The itinerary is subject to weather, road conditions, traffic control, and other special circumstances. Our company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary before and after departure, and also to extend or shorten the itinerary. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover losses caused by cancellations due to force majeure.
- All expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations of the itinerary and any resulting delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors shall be borne by the traveler.
- Guests bringing their own ski equipment and gear are responsible for their safekeeping. Our company is not responsible for any damage or loss during the trip or transportation.
