- 【Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Tourists】 If the registrant is an elder aged 70 or above, or a pregnant woman, to ensure your safety and rights, a liability waiver must be signed. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" field when placing your order, and we will send the agreement document via email after receiving your order. Please sign and return a photo of the signed document in advance to complete the registration process.
- [Baggage Regulations] Each traveler may carry 1 piece of luggage free of charge (carry-on size recommended). Please specify this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. If luggage is carried temporarily without one day's prior notice, it may cause overcrowding in the vehicle and affect safety. The tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and fees will not be refunded.
- 【Infant Travel Notice】 If there is an infant under 3 years old traveling with you who does not occupy a seat, please be sure to make a note when booking. Even if they do not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle's approved passenger capacity. If not informed in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding.
- 【Notification Time and Method】 We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip, informing you of the guide and vehicle information. The email may be mistaken for spam, so please check carefully. In peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, and the last email sent will prevail.
- [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This is a carpooling trip, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals cannot be waited for or refunded. Any responsibilities and costs incurred as a result will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
- 【Vehicle Type and Co-traveler Language Explanation】 We will arrange the vehicle type based on the number of people on the day, and it is not possible to specify the vehicle type. Please be aware that you may be traveling in the same vehicle with guests who speak other languages during the trip.
- 【Meeting Point Confirmation】 Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to a change in the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
- 【Seasonal Event Description】 Seasonal limited events such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snowscapes, lantern festivals, and festive activities are susceptible to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the itinerary will proceed as scheduled. Please be aware that no refunds can be given if the flowering period or scenery is not as expected.
- [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During peak tourist season or in special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be advanced or delayed. The specific time will be based on the email notification from the previous day. Please prepare in advance.
- [Seat Arrangement Instructions] For carpool tours, seat arrangements are generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, the final arrangement is subject to the guide's on-site dispatch.
- 【Itinerary Adjustment Notice】 Due to Japan's strict control over the operating hours of vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and停留时间 (stay time) included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances such as traffic jams or weather changes, the tour guide will reasonably adjust the sequence or reduce some attractions (time). Your cooperation is appreciated.
- 【Explanation of not leaving the group midway】 The itinerary is a group tour activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no fees will be refunded. Any risks or responsibilities arising from leaving the group will be borne by the individual.
- 【End time is for reference only】 The return period is the estimated arrival time. Due to the long journey, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. Our company will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
- 【Small Group Explanation】If there are fewer registered guests, we will arrange travel in a smaller vehicle. Please note that due to the long journey, the small vehicles used may not be as comfortable as large buses, and the interior space is limited. To ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers, please do not bring large luggage (such as large suitcases). Additionally, for small group and private car services, the driver's primary task is safe driving, and the commentary provided along the way may be more concise compared to large groups; your understanding is appreciated. We recommend that you fully assess whether the tour format meets your personal needs before registering. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
