Ticket Purchase & e-Tickets

• Accuracy of Information: Customers must ensure all details (email, phone, and name) provided at checkout are accurate. No changes are allowed after order confirmation.
• Ticket Delivery: e-Tickets will be sent via email. Neither the Organiser nor Klook shall be liable for delivery failure, reissuance, or refunds due to inaccurate information provided.
• Klook Restrictions: KlookCash and promotional codes are not applicable. No KlookCash will be earned from this transaction.
• Age Requirement: Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. Valid photo identification is required. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone failing to provide proof of age.

On-Site Regulations & Safety

• Participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session time to complete check‑in procedures. Late arrival or no‑show may result in the court being released to other participants, with no refund applicable.
• All participants must sign an event waiver at the One Island East indoor Players Lounge prior to entering the court.
• Proper sports attire is required for participation. Swire Properties reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who is not suitably dressed for safety reasons.
• Swire Properties shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, acts of nature, or unforeseen events.
• Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during the session and may include participants’ images. Such materials may be used by Swire Properties for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes (including print, digital, and press materials) without identifying individual participants.

General Terms

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend event content, schedules, or entry requirements at any time without prior notice.
• Unless expressly announced or in cases of adverse weather, all tickets and service fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding. Purchasing a ticket constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Bad Weather Arrangement

• The padel court may be affected under the following weather conditions. Affected participants will be notified via WhatsApp or phone at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session where possible: a. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect at 9:00am on the event day, or announced as imminent by the Hong Kong Observatory, the padel court will be closed for the entire day. b. If an Amber Rainstorm Warning or Thunderstorm Warning is in effect at 9:00am, sessions may be temporarily suspended or adjusted subject to onsite conditions. c. The padel court may also be closed due to unsafe weather conditions, operational considerations, or at the discretion of Swire Properties and its onsite team. d. If no notification is received within the stated timeframe, participants may assume the session will proceed as scheduled.
• In the event of court closure, all affected activities, events, and bookings will be cancelled. Refunds will be arranged within 14 working days.
• Swire Properties reserves the final authority on all matters relating to inclement weather arrangements in the event of any dispute.
