• The cruise will be on either the "SORAKAZE" or "Daichakai" boat of the Hakone Lake Ashi Cruise, depending on availability on the day. Please note that requests for a specific boat cannot be accommodated.
• Cruise operations may be suspended due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, high water levels, or strong winds.
• Guests are required to cooperate with temperature checks and hand sanitization upon entry to the Yamanashi Maglev Exhibition Center.
