- This product is affected by weather and air traffic control, and it may not be possible to travel one day in advance or on the same day. This is an act of God. In such cases, we will reschedule for you free of charge or provide a full refund, but no compensation will be given; especially for helicopter products, if there is a temporary malfunction on the day, resulting in partial loss of the itinerary, we will provide you with alternative services. - All diving activities (except snorkeling) require meeting certain physical health standards, and the minimum age for all underwater activities is 12 years old; before underwater activities (except snorkeling), a medical health form must be filled out to determine if your health condition is suitable for diving. It is essential to check that all health requirements are met before booking. Please read the health and disclaimer form (ask customer service for it) carefully and understand all physical conditions that prohibit diving. Once the booking is successful, no refunds will be given if you cannot participate in the activity due to health reasons; before underwater activities (except snorkeling), the instructor will provide training and guidance, teaching some basic communication gestures and underwater precautions; do not leave the team without authorization during underwater activities, please follow the instructor's arrangements and guidance.
- After a single deep dive, it is recommended not to take high-altitude flights within 12 hours (hot air balloons and helicopters are allowed); if you purchase an additional deep-sea project, please be sure to watch the instructional video played on the TV during the outbound journey on the cruise ship.
- After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your email promptly, including your spam folder. The confirmation in the email serves as your tour voucher for that day. The confirmation has 1-2 pages. Please be sure to carefully read the "Notes" and "How to Use" sections on the confirmation. The meeting time on this product page is for reference only; after placing the order, a second confirmation is required to check availability. After successful booking, on the day of travel, please exchange your confirmation for a ticket to join the itinerary.
- Experience snorkeling: The main part is the coach's introduction to the Great Barrier Reef and the creatures seen, which is conducted entirely in English. If you cannot communicate in English, please do not purchase this item, otherwise, no refund will be given after boarding (Note: Fluent English and good swimming ability are required. Please be sure to follow the coach's instructions before entering the water); Underwater walk: A maximum of 6 tourists at a time, accompanied by 2 coaches.
- If you did not carefully read the children's age requirements for underwater activities displayed on the page before placing an order, and only found out on the day of the trip that the age did not meet the requirements and thus could not participate, no refund will be given. The law stipulates that individuals under 18 years of age cannot participate alone.
- Recommended to bring: sunscreen, bath towels, underwater camera, and appropriate cash for purchasing drinks; self-service snorkeling, semi-submarine, underwater observatory, and lunch are complimentary items with scheduled times (activity items are subject to the scenic area's opening). No refunds or compensation will be given if not participated.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation or modification is available up to 14:00, 3 days before the usage date (inclusive).
- Cancellations made after 14:00, 3 days before the usage date, will incur a 100% deduction of the user's order amount as a merchant loss fee.
