- Wetsuits can be rented for about 10 AUD per set; prescription diving masks can be rented on the Outer Reef platform for about 5 AUD (deposit about 50 AUD). The prescription masks provided on the boat have degrees of 200, 300, and 400. You can also choose to wear your own contact lenses.
- Item Storage: Small lockers are available for rent on the Outer Reef marine platform, 7 AUD each.
- Underwater Camera: There is a professional camera rental service next to the pier's ticket exchange hall.
- Seasickness medication: available for purchase directly on board.
- Helicopter weight limit: If a passenger's weight exceeds 130KG, the airline company will charge an additional seat occupancy fee. The specific fee (approximately 50%) should be paid directly to the airline company when checking in; if the weight on the day of travel exceeds 10% of the registered weight, it may result in inability to board the helicopter, and no refund will be issued.

- 【Guests who have purchased the 10-minute helicopter package】Please find the helicopter staff on board immediately after boarding to confirm your helicopter ride time. If you miss your helicopter ride time due to your own reasons, you will be solely responsible. Helicopter sightseeing (1-4 people per helicopter; helicopters are arranged according to the number of participants, and the size of the helicopter cannot be chosen)
- Go there yourself: You can go to the cruise company's ticket exchange office at the pier from 7:00-7:30 to exchange your tickets (ticket exchange closes at 7:30, so don't be late!!); Self-guided pier address: Reef Fleet Terminal, Spence St 1, Cairns QLD 4870; Ticket exchange location: It is a two-story white building, with an apartment building right behind it. The first floor of the building houses all the ticket exchange offices.

- Free onboard activities such as glass-bottom boats, semi-submersible boats, and water slides may be temporarily out of service for maintenance; no refunds will be given in such cases. Please note: If you purchase deep-sea activities, be sure to watch the instructional video played on the TV during the outbound journey of the cruise. If a helicopter product experiences a temporary malfunction on the day, resulting in partial loss of the itinerary, we will provide you with an alternative service. If it is unable to fly, we will refund the helicopter fee. This product is affected by weather and air traffic control, and it may not be possible to travel one day in advance or on the day itself. This is considered force majeure, and in such cases, we will reschedule your trip for free or provide a full refund.
- It is recommended to bring sunscreen, bath towels, and an underwater camera; a moderate amount of cash for on-board expenses. Legally, individuals under 18 years old cannot participate alone. For deep diving, it is advised not to take civil aviation flights within 12 hours after diving (helicopters, skydiving, and hot air balloons are permissible). If the children's age requirements displayed on the page were not carefully read before placing the order, and it is discovered on the day of the trip that the age does not meet the requirements and participation is not possible, no refund will be given.
- After the order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your inbox promptly, and also your spam folder. The confirmation in the email serves only as your proof of participation for that day. The confirmation has 1-2 pages; please be sure to carefully read the "Notes" and "How to Use" sections on the confirmation. The meeting time on this product page is for reference only.
- Upon boarding, you must fill out a [Medical Health Form] to determine if your health condition is suitable for diving. Before placing an order, please be sure to proactively ask customer service for this form (this form is the same as the one filled out upon boarding). You must ensure that all health requirements are met before booking (this form does not need to be filled out before boarding). Once the booking is successful, if you cannot participate in the activity due to health reasons, no refund will be given; if you do not ask customer service for the form, it means you believe that you do not have any symptoms that prevent you from participating in underwater activities. Once the booking is successful, if you find out after boarding that you cannot participate in the activity due to health reasons, no refund will be given; before underwater activities (except snorkeling), the instructor will provide training and guidance, teaching some basic communication gestures and underwater precautions; do not leave the team without authorization during underwater activities, please follow the instructor's arrangements and guidance.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 12:00 PM (inclusive) 5 days before the usage date.
- Cancellations made after 12:00 PM, 5 days before the usage date, will incur a 100% deduction of the user's order amount as a merchant loss fee.
