Echoes Across a Thousand Years: Awakening Cultural Relics with Stories. Tokyo National Museum: This is Japan’s largest museum, located at the northern end of Ueno Park in Taito-ku, Tokyo. It consists of a two-story Japanese-style building, the Toyokan (Eastern Art Gallery) on the left, the Hyokeikan (Gallery of Horyuji Treasures) on the right, and the Gallery of Horyuji Treasures next to the main gate, with a total of 43 exhibition halls. Located at the northern end of Ueno Park in Taito-ku, Tokyo, it opened in 1872 and is Japan’s richest museum in terms of Chinese cultural relics, as well as an important landmark for the collection and display of cultural heritage in Japan and Asia. The Tokyo National Museum is the oldest museum in Japan, housing a unique and comprehensive collection of artworks and handicrafts from Japan and other parts of Asia, and providing information about Japanese culture and history.

- Please do not bring large luggage into the museum. Coin-operated lockers are available at the museum entrance for temporary storage.
- It is recommended to prepare drinking water in advance. There are also rest areas and cafes in the museum where you can replenish your energy.
- If there is a special exhibition, tickets may need to be purchased separately. The tour guide will explain this in advance.
- The tour guide will distribute the audio guide devices. Please take care of them and return them after the tour.
- The museum is located in Ueno Park. After the tour, you are welcome to visit nearby attractions or stroll through the park.
- If there are many people, please follow the tour guide's instructions and maintain a quiet and orderly pace.
- The air conditioning in the exhibition hall is strong, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket. "Children under 16 years old need to purchase the service with an adult to participate and cannot participate alone."
