Reviews
Ash and Wil guided us perfectly through this knife-making workshop. They demonstrated great knowledge of the technique and were attentive at every step to ensure our knives turned out perfectly. It was a wonderful activity and a lasting memory; now, every day when we cook, Japan will be in our thoughts.
Amirreza & Caner are both talented craftsmen. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable and cared about my safety, I recommend Zen workshop for all of their Worships. Thank you!!
This was an amazing experience and I would 100% recommend to anyone in Kyoto. Rick was so lovely and informative and really made the experience fun, being very clear and patient with instructions. Not only was it a highly enjoyable experience but we also came out with a gorgeous personalised knife after that I'm sure we will use and treasure for life!
