Lie down, close your eyes, and let sound become your meditation.
This private 60-minute Japanese Sound Bath offers a different approach to meditation. There is no need to focus, control your breathing, or try to stop your thoughts. Simply listen with your whole body.
Rare Japanese instruments create layers of resonance around you, while subtle vibrations can also be experienced through the body. As your body begins to relax, attention can naturally settle and the mind may become quieter.
Rather than trying to “do” meditation, you allow sound to guide you into stillness.
After the session, you can experience the Japanese instruments yourself.
No previous meditation or sound bath experience is required.
