- For iOS user:
- Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon and select 'WiFi' button
- Step 2: Switch the WiFi button to 'ON'
- Step 3: Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label
- Step 4: Enter the password which is written on the router's label
- Step 5: Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper left side of your phone's screen and a check mark near the SSID code, you are already connected
- For Android user:
- Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon
- Step 2: Click on the 'WiFi' icon
- Step 3: Switch the WiFi button to 'ON'
- Step 4: Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label

Having a pocket wifi is very convenient for us as we will need to have internet connection to get directions and translations. The connection was good and reliable and we can connect multiple devices. The battery life was good as well and can last throughout the day even if we're out the whole day.
This is the key to traveling to Japan like a PRO. 👍 A trustee pocket wifi to guide you through the busy and bustling streets of Japan. We also used the wifi in Sapporo and works very well, no need for any reset or additional charge. This is a must have to maximize your travel experience.
The pick up place, Access Plaza is a long walk from the terminal where we landed. Its easy to find the pick yp counter though, they are just located near the doors. Pick up is easy and fast. Connection is good in Nagoya. Helped us find the nearest train station whenever we are strolling around the city. We also went to Shirakawago and the connection is still good even in the mountains haha. Battery lasted for the whole day as well. Price is worth it and recommended for those who will travel to Nagoya.
Pick up and drop off were very easy. Worked well throughout our 9 day stay in various places in Japan. We went from Osaka, then to the Gifu area (Shirakawa, Takayama, and Furukawa), and then Tokyo. Signal was stable and allowed us to navigate, browse, and post on social media but we wish we had gotten unlimited internet.
Using it makes our trip more convenient specially to locate the places we will visit. Connecting and make updates with families is the most important. But i prefer to buy the unlimited one when we come back.
The spot to claim isn’t hard to find and easy to return too! Not to shabby for its price! The connection and battery was very reliable and the 1GB allowance per day is more than enough for a family of 3 (even with YouTube, Instagram and Facebook video streaming). Getting this was worth it! 😊
works very well in many areas in japan. we picked it up in tokyo and returned in osaka without any problems, and enjoyed our stay in various prefectures using it. battery lasted up to 8 hours (we had 4 devices connected to it) so it kept us from getting lost and keeping out social media accts updated real time.
Encountered no issues when I picked up the item from the airport and was able to use it immediately. The signal was great everywhere we went and the internet speed was fast!
USJ was amazing! Booking via Klook made it so much easier and we got in pretty fast, not much of a wait to get in. Definitely a must in Osaka when visiting.
the portable wifi is easy to pick up from the airport terminal where the location is right infront of exit of arrival hall, the coverage of wifi is good and signal is strong even in remote island
