• To ensure your experience, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the entry procedures
• Each session has a capacity limit. Customers are required to allow sufficient time for their visit and will be admitted according to their on-site queuing order with valid tickets. If a session reaches full capacity, customers must wait for the next available session, and on-site staff will assist with arrangements. The operator will not provide any compensation or refunds due to waiting time.
• A wristband will be issued upon entry and the entry timing will be indicated on the wristband
• During your booked admission time, you can leave the venue temporarily and return to Play zone with a wristband
• An additional charge will be applied at the regular ticket price difference if the stipulated timing is exceeded: calculated based on 25-minute sessions on the day.
• Non-slip socks are compulsory for all guests (not included in purchase)
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas
• No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas
• The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks
• Single Admission Tickets purchased are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Each Admission Ticket admits only one person for its specific duration, and no such person may switch with another person during the specified duration
• Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the requirements of Eligibility of ticket usage, Terms and Conditions (T&C), Adverse Weather Event Arrangements, The Waiver, and Play Rules. For details, please refer to official website of Jumpin Gym.
• By purchasing this ticket, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale and agreed to be bound by them
• In case of any disputes, decision of Jumpin Gym shall be final.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

• Thunderstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1:
• If the Thunderstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 is cancelled before 2:00pm on the event day, the event will open 2 hours after the signal/warning is cancelled.
• If the Thunderstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 is cancelled after 2:00pm on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
• Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3, No. 8 or above, "extreme conditions", or Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal:
• If the signal/warning is cancelled before 2:00pm on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
• If the signal/warning is cancelled after 2:00pm on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
• If the signal/warning is in force during the event opening hours, the event will be suspended immediately.
• When the signal/warning is in force and the event proceeds as scheduled, participants may decide whether to continue participating in the event. However, if participants are absent from the event, the organiser will not process any refunds, date changes or time changes.
• Under normal rainy conditions, Plant J FUNFUN Carnival may suspend operations temporarily, depending on the actual rainfall conditions.
• Participants affected by the cancellation of the event may participate in the event within ten days of the original date with a valid admission ticket. Admission arrangements are subject to the situation at the event venue. The organizer reserves the right to arrange for participants to participate in the event at another designated time slot or to refuse entry to participants.
• If a participant is unable to attend the event within the specified time or before the event concludes for any reason, the organizer will not provide a refund or compensation.
