[Ticket Information]

• The family package is applicable for 2 adults and 1 child under 18 years old.
• Concession tickets are applicable for minors aged 3-18 and adults aged 65 and above, with valid proof for admission.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout their visit, and tickets are required for entry.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free, accompanied by an adult holding a ticket (relevant identification must be presented; if not carried, an additional ticket must be purchased; age is calculated based on actual age on the day of visit).
• One person, one ticket, valid for single entry only. Please present the e-ticket QR Code for this event upon entry for verification by staff. Please ensure your mobile phone is ready in advance to avoid affecting your entry rights.
• This e-ticket is considered an unregistered valuable security. The QR Code for entry verification can only be used once and will become invalid once redeemed. Please keep it safe.
• Each ticket can only be used once.
• For refund requests, please contact the original ticketing channel. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. For exchanges or refunds, please contact Klook customer service.
• Compassion tickets are half price of a full ticket (including one accompanying person). Eligible individuals must proactively present their identification for verification by service staff before entry. If not eligible, please purchase tickets according to your status. Individuals holding compassion tickets who enter the venue cannot request partial refunds or compensation for ticket price differences.

[Admission Information]

• Each session is a 30-minute immersive experience (total experience time is one hour).
• Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer does not provide locker services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition area as instructed by staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe.
• Full video and audio recording are prohibited in this exhibition, and flash, tripods, selfie sticks, and stabilizers are not allowed. Please respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the organizer's works. Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• Please follow the visitor flow, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. In case of crowds, please queue in an orderly manner.
• Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited inside the exhibition area.
• Do not bring sharp, dangerous, or fragile items into the venue.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition area. Please use the facilities outside the park before entering the exhibition.
• Selling or reselling tickets on-site at the exhibition is prohibited. If inappropriate behavior persists despite warnings, individuals must leave immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
• Pets are not allowed to be on the ground inside the exhibition area (except for guide dogs), and long-handled umbrellas and various dangerous or prohibited items are not allowed.
• There are designated staff members in the exhibition area to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• This exhibition features light and shadow interactive effects, and the lighting inside is dim. Please pay attention to walking safety and do not run or chase.
• Photosensitive Epilepsy Warning: A very small percentage of people may experience epileptic symptoms when exposed to certain images. These symptoms include dizziness, blurred vision, eye or facial twitching, hand or foot spasms, disorientation, confusion, or temporary loss of consciousness. If you experience any of these symptoms, please stop viewing the exhibition immediately and consult a doctor.
