▻Ticket Price Information－ On-site Tickets: Only full-price tickets and concession tickets are sold at the event venue. Full-price ticket: NT$228 for general admission. Concession ticket: Half price (only available for on-site purchase). Requires presentation of a disability handbook or relevant identification. Applicable to seniors aged 65 and above, individuals with disabilities, and one essential companion. Free admission criteria: Requires presentation of relevant identification. Children under five years old (must be accompanied by an adult holding a ticket for admission). For those without identification, height will be used as a criterion (under 110 cm).

▻Admission Notice:

1. The event is open for admission daily from 10:30 AM, from October 16, 2026, to October 18, 2026. Admission is allowed throughout the event period. The last admission time daily is 6:30 PM.
2. Ticket verification may begin earlier depending on the crowd situation, but actual admission will still be based on the 10:30 AM opening time. Please take note.
3. One ticket per person for admission. After verification at the entrance with the ticket, you may enter. On the day of admission, you can re-enter with a stamp.
4. Event tickets are considered valuable securities; please keep them safe. In case of loss, damage, burning, or inability to identify, tickets will not be reissued or exchanged.

▻Ticket Purchase Notice:

1. To avoid unnecessary disputes and infringement of rights, please read the precautions carefully and agree to the following rules before purchasing tickets. If you do not agree, please do not purchase. When proceeding with ticket purchase and refund operations, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to comply with all the following matters.
2. The organizer reserves the right to modify event details without prior notice and has the right to interpret or rule on all matters related to this event. ▻Venue Regulations:
3. To maintain event quality, this event has a limited capacity, and all tickets are sold in limited quantities. Please purchase tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
4. This event reserves the right to expel individuals with improper behavior (illegal acts or serious disturbance to other consumers). Expelled individuals may not request re-entry or a refund from the organizer.
5. Do not drink alcohol if you are under 18. Do not drink and drive; do not drive and drink.
6. Smoking is prohibited throughout the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Please do not smoke within the park premises.

▻Ticket Related:

1. A single ticket is for one person, and admission is granted upon verification of the ticket. If you need to leave midway on the same day, please get a stamp at the entrance for re-entry.
2. Double/triple tickets are group discount tickets. Purchase requires buying the specified multiple of tickets at once. Admission is granted upon verification of tickets during the event period. If you need to leave midway on the same day, please get a stamp at the entrance/exit for re-entry.
3. Group discount tickets can be used for single person multi-day admission. Double tickets can be used for two people for one day or one person for two days. Triple tickets can be used for three people for one day or one person for three days. Please inform the ticket verification staff upon entry for verification.
4. For refunds of double tickets/two-day tickets, please refund the entire order. If a refund for double tickets/two-day tickets is not for the entire order, the organizer reserves the right to request payment of the difference to the on-site ticket price upon admission.
5. Those who enter without a ticket or with a fake complimentary ticket, if discovered, will be required to pay double the on-site ticket price.

▻Other Precautions:

1. The organizer is only responsible for planning the event content and the exhibition of artisans. Transactions between artisan brands and the public should be handled directly with the brands. The organizer will not be responsible for any disputes that arise.
2. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and participating brands.
3. Please do not purchase tickets through channels or websites not officially authorized by the organizer, to avoid affecting your rights and interests. The organizer will not be responsible for inability to enter the venue or other issues that may arise.
4. If this event is canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure, refund procedures will be announced separately. Please refer to the iHands official fan page for announcements.
5. By purchasing a ticket and entering, you agree that the organizer may photograph your likeness within the event area and authorize the organizer to use your likeness for promotional purposes related to this event on electronic media, web pages, social networks, etc.
6. Purchasers of tickets for this event agree that the organizer may use their personal information (name, phone number, e-mail, etc.) to send information about various iHands events or for other marketing purposes.
