If you are late, your ticket will become invalid, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided (for example, for a 10:30 session, please check in between 10:15 and 10:29. If you have not checked in by 10:30, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry, and no session changes will be offered).
This entertainment ticket has been approved for use by the Taipei City Tax Department on December 5, 114, under北市稽信義乙字第 1144508177, and entertainment tax has been applied for and paid to the tax authorities of the county/city where the performance takes place.
This event is by reservation only. The ticket is valid only for the session time specified on the ticket.
For refunds, please contact the original purchase channel. A 10% handling fee of the ticket price will be deducted for refunds requested 3 days before the performance date. No refunds are allowed within 3 days of the performance date.
[Concession Tickets] are not subject to the no-refund policy within 3 days before the performance. Refunds can be processed before the reserved time slot, with a 10% handling fee of the ticket price per ticket.
An experience consent form must be completed upon entry.
Each session experience is 1 hour, including 15 minutes of preparation and 45 minutes of walking experience.
Upon check-in, please follow the guidance of on-site staff to store personal belongings and bags in lockers for the experience. Locker service is provided for storage only, and the venue is not responsible for safekeeping.
Photography or videography is prohibited in the experience area.
As head-mounted display equipment is required, it is recommended to wear contact lenses beforehand. The experience involves walking, so comfortable clothing is recommended. To protect the special sensing paper in the exhibition area, please avoid wearing shoes with sharp soles, such as high heels.
Pets, umbrellas, selfie sticks, beverages, food, and any dangerous items are prohibited inside the venue. If any damage is caused to the exhibition equipment or on-site items, compensation will be required at the market price.
