The Nohi Bus service to Shirakawa-go was excellent. The ride was comfortable, clean, and on time. The seats were spacious enough for a long journey, and the large windows were perfect for enjoying the mountain scenery. Nice reliable and clean. don’t forget to pass by the bus station before hand to see what available lines are for you and be sure to line up at least 25-30 minutes before the time mentioned, because many people will try and get on that bus and you might need to wait a few hours more for the next bus.
