－Ski Resort Introduction－
Happo-one Ski Resort Happo-one Ski Resort, located in the heart of Hakuba Village in Nagano Prefecture, was the venue for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. With its international-level snow quality and facilities, it consistently ranks among the top ten ski resorts in Japan according to online surveys, excelling in overall ranking, slope performance, and surrounding facilities. Renowned for its world-class powder snow and diverse, characteristic slopes, Happo-one features 13 courses across five areas: “Namiki-yama,” “Shirakaba,” “International,” “Sakigahana,” and “Upper.” The slopes are spacious and feature a mix of inclines and curves.

② Ski Wear Set Rental: Ski jacket + ski pants Pricing may vary depending on the actual size. Reservations are not required for ski equipment rental, but if your desired size is unavailable, you may have to wait on-site.
[Exemption Compensation System for Damaged Items] When renting ski equipment sets ① and ②, each set requires an additional damage insurance fee of ¥500 per day, payable on-site. (Calculation method: ① + ② = ¥500 + ¥500 = ¥1,000)

- If you require sizes outside of the above range, there will be an additional charge, which varies depending on the ski equipment rental shop used (payable on-site).
- Please rent equipment from the designated ski equipment shop, otherwise additional charges will apply.
- Ski equipment rental for elementary school students and younger is not included in this product and must be paid for and rented separately at the on-site ski equipment rental shop. Thank you for your understanding (Reservations not available / Payable on-site).

- The meeting and departure location for the bus is "Tokyo Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot." Please refer to the itinerary for the location.

- After meeting and checking in, the staff will give you bus tickets and lift ticket vouchers related to the trip. Please confirm that the contents are correct before departure and keep them in a safe place. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Depending on the number of applicants, buses from other travel agencies that provide ski services may be used. If this happens, the parking locations and times for the outbound and return trips will be adjusted. You will be notified by email one week to the day before departure. Thank you for your understanding.
- When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will depart on time, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late.
- For all ski bus tours organized by the supplier (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave anything on the bus.
- After the bus arrives at Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort, please check your valuables before getting off the bus.
- If you need to rent ski equipment, you can rent it at the rental store in the ski resort (reservations are not possible).
- Once ski equipment has been rented, it cannot be exchanged, and you will have to pay again to rent it after returning it. Thank you for your understanding.
- Afterward, you can go to Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort to enjoy skiing. At the lift ticket exchange at the ski resort, use the voucher to exchange for the ski resort's lift tickets.

- Please confirm the return bus time, return the rented ski equipment in advance, pack your luggage, and wait for the bus to arrive at the designated location.
- Please be aware that the arrival time of the bus may be delayed due to local road conditions and weather.
- Please pay attention to the instructions of the local staff and do not get on the wrong bus or be late.
