Charter Service Information Flexible Itinerary: The starting and ending points of the charter are determined by the customer, attractions can be freely combined, and the day’s itinerary can be flexibly adjusted. Booking Method: Provide LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat ID. Customer service will confirm the itinerary and pick-up/drop-off locations. Service Hours: 10 hours for services starting and ending in Fukuoka City, 9 hours for services starting and ending in Kumamoto City. ※An overnight fee will be incurred if the vehicle is used after 8 PM on the day.
Other Fees: ・Actual highway tolls, road tolls, and parking fees on the day must be paid to the driver in cash. ・Overtime for small cars is calculated at 5000 JPY/hour, and for large cars at 10000 JPY/hour. ※This product does not include meals, attraction tickets, hotel accommodation, etc.

The roads to Takachiho are notoriously winding and narrow, but Haku-san’s driving was exceptional—we felt completely safe and relaxed the entire time. Beyond being a reliant and skilled driver, he was incredibly sweet and attentive to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide for this trip. We would definitely book with Haku-san again! Our tour guide and driver were very friendly. There were six of us in the private car, and one of us was disabled. Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was very attentive and automatically helped to dismantle the wheelchair, which made things a lot easier for us. The itinerary was very well arranged, allowing us to successfully complete this Takachiho Gorge trip with a disabled person in a wheelchair.

driver can’t speak English at all only Chinese, very difficult to communicate, and use phone to translate while he also need to drive which was not safe! Klook should know that most of customers are not Chinese or Japanese so drivers should be able to speak a bit of English! driver also talked on the phone more than 5 mins per call (1 call lasted for 20mins), made the journey not comfy.
