Having eaten Peking duck for so many years, have you ever visited the roasting process of Peking duck? Would you like to personally carve a Peking duck? Come to me, and I will teach you the most authentic way to roll and eat the most authentic Peking duck.

Experience a different way of eating Peking duck in a 600-year-old renowned restaurant.
Experience Process
Our experience is scheduled to gather at 11:00 AM or 5:30 PM. I will give you a brief self-introduction and introduce the brand’s history. During the serving process, I will take you to the duck roasting room to observe the Peking duck roasting process and the carving process of freshly roasted duck. If you wish, you can also personally participate in carving the duck. Then we will return to the private room to start dining. I will also introduce the dishes to you, and at the same time, I will demonstrate the authentic way to roll Peking duck on site.

- After booking, the host will email you to confirm the menu. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the host promptly to change the dishes.
- The number of dishes and menu types may be adjusted appropriately according to different seasons and the number of people.

Our guide is one of the staff in the restaurant and she is very kind and helpful sine we met and throughout our tour to serving us the dinner feast. This Klook arrangement includes a tour of their kitchen and roasting area whereby we can see the roasting in progress, and our guide also demonstrates how to eat the Peking Duck the correct way. We find the tour, demonstration and feast especially rewarding and delicious. Next trip, we will bring our whole big family to enjoy this delicious feast and knowledgeable tour. 😋
I really like this place. I'm into Beijing's history and how they prepare the duck. The other meals are pretty good too. The service is super nice.
Experience: Slicing the duck is not easy but it is new experience for as an accountant. It is interesting. The foods is delicious but the size is too big for 3 of us, sorry cant eat all of them.
Sorry got so engroseed that we only managed to get some photos when we were already halfway eating!
We were welcomed by Ms 史晋青. She has displayed professionalism and hospitality from start till the end. She and the Sous Chef present to us the history of Peking Duck, the 2 different Peking Duck roasting methods currently in the market, and how their 600+ years brand came about. It was a great experience and the food was really good (especially their Peking Duck)! I strongly recommend!
pekking duck taste very good but you cant go inside the kitchen
It's certainly a long-standing establishment with a good environment. However, there's no real Peking duck experience; it's just a staff member taking you to the oven for an explanation. There's nothing particularly special about it. Food quality: Aside from the lamb, it's no different from a group meal—just average. Overall, the value for money is very low, and I don't recommend participating. Experience: Not recommended.
