Good connectivity in both Kyoto (in bamboo forest and out of town) and Osaka. Both nano sim and normal size SIM is provided. We travelled in a group of five person with 3 person using a 4G wifi dongle and 2 person sharing a SIM card. Would highly reccomend two SIM cards if there are more users as sharing hotspot to more users will drain phone battery even faster. The delivery of the SIM card is fast and it reaches within 2 days of ordering.

Strong connection in Hokkaido and Tokyo, were given 8GB but only used 3GB (mainly use for navigation and attractions searching. can easily check the balance through USSD code. Highly recommended.

- it's delivered by GDex, one downside of buying through Klook is that it doesn't provide tracking number after order was placed, unlike buying things that will be delivered from other sites. But all in all, it was delivered on time, just that not knowing where and when it will reach me feel insecure. - it has several guides inside the package. Nice to what service and how to use it when I'm in Japan. Too bad my trip had to be cancelled due to this COVID19 pandemic. Oh~ it says at the back of the card that it can be activated by 31 Dec 2020, so I guess we can keep it for future trip. - It also comes with the pin to allow us open up SIM card holder in our phones, Android and iPhone. Of course, as illustrate in the pictures, the guides tell one how to set up and receiving data packages in Japan. ***DO NOT INSERT SIM CARD OUTSIDE JAPAN***
