- Important: 4G will be reduced to 3G once you pass the 3GB usage, and will return to 4G speed with 3GB consumable data at 00:00, the next day

Drop-off/return Information

- Please note that the pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of MYR15 per day

For travelling in Japan,it is so important to have internet because we travel by train to one place to another so we need to use google map all the time..you need internet to update instagram n Facebook...by using this portable WiFi it help ur life more easier..can be used up to 5 mobile phone n they really long lasting..just to ensure you change them sufficiently..I pickup in KLIA2 before fly to Japan..the pickup process n location is so easy n they will explain to you on how to use n how to charge them..they also will provide you the phone number that you can contact if any problems/malfunction of the portable WiFi...mucH more cheaper than any portable WiFi..really recommend this to people who will travel to Japan
device worked wonderfully, it even managed to go one full day without dying! I only had to charge once each day. Didn't manage to finish using the quota, which is good. the speed was fast too. would recommend and use again in the future.
Easy to redeem. I redeem at KLIA2. The counter at same level and near to the international boarding entrance gate. I really recommend this pocket wifi for group usage. If you want to separate during the vacation, better use sim card. But for family, friends usage, its cheaper to use this pocket wifi. Easy to use by follow the instructions given at the device. When returning the device, its so easy by drop it to the staff and its done. You can get the device earlier. Let say you will use on Monday but the flight on Sunday night, you can get the device early.
Easy pick up & return process. Very good connection with guidelines. Can last Up to 12 hours battery life with 2 devices connected. Best companion while travelling around. Good coverage even in Tokyo, Osaka, Universal Studios, Kyoto & Mount Fuji, etc. Would definitely recommend to my friends
Easy to collect, same level at departure, after check in can go for the counter, staff are friendly and clear instruction on the usage. stable network during my trip in Japan, battery last more than 10 hours.
We were recommended to use Roaming man pocket WiFi in Japan by friends. It was really good and reliable as we depend a lot on it especially getting around. Very convenient, easy to handle, simple pick up and drop off processes and safe a lot of time and cash rather than getting the device from the airport directly. Highly recommended for everyone! just that I still need to pay for the first day though i didnt use as my flight was just before midnight. All in all, happy with the device, batter last long, connection was really fast, able to upload my travelling quest instantly and will definitely use it again.
Convenience to collect from KLIA2. Data speed very good and reliable. No set up needed. Just ON device when arriving Osaka airport and connect handphone with wifi. Login user and password provided on the device. Hassel free.
Since I used this wifi, it helps me a lot and worth buying because it is so chesp compared to the one I have used earlier. Will recommend to my family members and my friends. Customer service and team members was so experience and friendly and supportive.
Collect & drop off process for the device is very easy. The kiosk is just around 5th floor near departure gate at KLIA. The connection is strong and stable whenever we go, even at mountain area. Will recommend to friend & families member. Highly recommended!!
