The vehicle is clean and the driver, Mr. Furukawa, speaks Chinese very well. I will contact you by email the day before to confirm. I arrived at the hotel in Osaka in advance that morning. The drive was smooth and comfortable during the journey. I went to the designated scenic spots such as Kinkakuji Temple, Arashiyama and Fushimi Inari University. On the way to the scenic spots, the driving time will be clearly informed. This chartered car experience was very good.

Booked a day trip from Osaka to Kyoto to visit some shrines, Njio Castle and Arishiyama district. Driver was a very nice and accomodative lady who drive carefully as we have an infant with us. Highly recommended!

We had booked this for a family of 6. The car was before time. Driver was a lady who couldn't speak English but was very attentive and translated well without any issue throughout. She understood our needs and modified the plans accordingly. Never had to break a sweat. it was overall a very luxurious ride for us.

Our Nara private car experience was mostly positive. The journey was smooth, and the driver was knowledgeable about the area, enhancing our visit. Unfortunately, I left my wallet in Kyoto, and the driver kindly drove back to retrieve it. While this caused some delay, and the driver became a bit impatient towards the end, we appreciated the effort to help us out. Overall, the service was efficient and added convenience to our trip. Recommended for exploring Nara with flexibility.

Our driver, Tsukamoto, was incredible. He was on-time, knowledgable, and very easy going. The van was very comfortable for our family with two young kids and also two grandparents. Booking this van was a great decision to save time and effort. It allowed us to explore Kyoto without the hassle of trying to find public transportation or walking miles. It also allowed us to store our belongings and items we purchased while we explored. I highly recommend this service.

the driver was polite and arrived on time. the car company is helpful with our booking, i asked to adjust the pick up time to 8am because i was not aware that there will be a 5000 yen charge if the pick up time is earlier than 8am, the driver also followed our itinerary and was very helpful
