What to expect

- The vehicle will have a driver who also serves as a guide. A separate guide will not be arranged. The driver-guide will provide a brief introduction but will not accompany you on foot during sightseeing. Please be aware of this. Larger groups will have a separate guide.

If you bring extra luggage without prior notice, the guide has the right to refuse you entry onto the bus due to potential overcrowding and safety concerns. No refunds will be given.
- The operator will send an email with travel information one day before departure. This email will include pickup time, guide information, and license plate number. Please check your email, including your spam folder. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. We recommend proactively adding the guide's account from the email. Please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. We will not wait for latecomers and no refunds will be provided. You will be responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of being late. Please be aware of this.
- Please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams and weather may occur. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic jams.
- The minimum group size is 6 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size specified above, the tour will be canceled. You will receive an email notification of the cancellation 2 days before departure.
- In the event of holidays or severe traffic congestion, attractions may be adjusted or removed as appropriate.
