Ubud Mystic Dinner at Oracle of Spice Lemuria the Lost City

The Lost City is a bit out of the way at Avalon Resort, but it truly lives up to its name! It really is a lost city! The card draws linked to spices are really mysterious; the card I drew really reflected my current situation, and I also super love the corresponding spice 🥰 It's super delicious when stir-fried 🥰🥰 Unexpected! And because I arrived very, very early, they treated me to lots of free snacks 🥹🥹 Very delicious 😋 There's also a fire dance performance in the evening! (Remember to check the dates when you go, because the performances are divided into small and large shows; you can see two dances at the large shows, and it's more fun with more people). This time I even met one of their enthusiastic employees who gave me a tour of Avalon Resort 🥰 I'm really grateful for the guided tour! I'll have to try staying there next time!

It was a very cool experience, the staff are just super, so friendly and responsive! They brought us maps that indicated the spices, then we chose the food and they cooked it for us with spices from the map. It was very tasty. We really enjoyed the fire show too. It was tasty and fun, 100% recommend!

The ambiance was very beautiful, however the food wasn’t the greatest. The fire dance at the end was a good finale. Try to arrive early for picture taking before everything turns dark and bring mosquitoes repellent as this venue is held outdoor.

I booked the dinner package, which didn’t include theater seating to interact with the performance. However, I was still able to enjoy dinner while watching the show at the dining area. The buffet included chicken and pork satay, salad, bread, and curry that you can help yourself to. The staff will also prepare the dishes you select and season them according to the spice on your card. I was lucky that the weather was nice, so the overall experience was very good. Make sure choose the date with the performance, you will have better experience.

mystical vibes were fabulous and staff were super super friendly and kind. There are 103 steep steps to walk down and back up again to be mindful of. I’m not fit and took my time and managed them but just to be aware of they are steep and a workout going back up at the end. worth it for the activity though.

Though this place is a bit of a distance from the city centre, it was truly worth the trip. The structures and surroundings are beautifully designed, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to experience private dining, and the professionalism of the staff made it even more special. A special mention to the bartender, Agus, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bar opens at 5pm and dinner begins at 7pm — perfect timing to settle in before the meal. The food was simple, delicious, and just to my liking. Overall, I loved the ambience and the whole experience even more than the food itself. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dining experience that feels both unique and memorable.

Traveled 1hr to see this lost city, honesty speaking, the vibes was not there as there wasn't any customers. it was just the 2 of us, choosing the spice through the cards was fun for a second but it lasted for a minute and that was pretty much it. Food was served pretty quickly, spices were good but it was pretty much just stirred fry vegetables. However, i do appreciate the staff, bartender, dancers for making the effort to keep us entertained, juggling cups, fire shows and it was pretty fun. The cocktails were alright but pretty pricey, 175k per glass. We only stayed for an hour as it was really really hot and humid. Overall was an okay experience!

If the teams you're with are enthusiastic, it's 150 out of 100 points! Ubud Club is even more fun than a beach club!!!
