[Ticket Precautions]

• Single tickets are for one person only, valid for one entry, and cannot be reused; parent-child tickets require two people to enter simultaneously and cannot be used separately. Entry is granted by exchanging the ticket for a wristband on-site.
• The experience wristband is proof of entry and exit from the exhibition venue and is limited to 1 entry. Please keep the wristband safe; no reissuance will be made if lost or artificially damaged.
• Children who have not reached the age of majority can enter for free and must present relevant identification; age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 (inclusive) or older with a ticket.
• Those eligible for free admission must proactively present their identification for verification by staff before entry. If not eligible, please purchase a ticket according to your status; those eligible for concession tickets (concessionary elderly tickets) cannot request partial refunds or compensation for ticket differences after entering with the ticket.
• To ensure clear identification by service personnel, necessary companions for persons with disabilities should closely follow the person with disabilities upon entry.
• For pre-sale ticket gifts, please present your ticket at the entrance registration desk to receive an exchange card. The exchange card is not registered by name, so please keep it safe; no reissuance will be made if lost.
• The ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until the close of the exhibition on 2026/12/20; please refer to the official announcement for exhibition opening hours). Expired tickets will be considered void. If a refund is required, please complete the process through the original ticket purchase channel before the close of the exhibition on 2026/12/20. Requests made after this date will not be accepted. For refund procedures, please refer to the refund policy of the original ticket purchase channel. A 10% handling fee of the actual sales price will be charged for each ticket. Postage and remittance fees incurred due to refunds shall be borne by the refunding party.
• For the purchase of package deals (including parent-child double packages), please note that the entire package must be unused to be eligible for a full refund.
• On-site refunds are only accepted for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth. A complete, unused ticket, purchase invoice, and relevant proof of purchase (e.g., mobile payment purchase record) must be provided for processing.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition operating hours and various regulations, please refer to the announcements on-site, on the official website, or on the official Instagram: 虎姑婆和他的朋友 (@whoogupo). In case of any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

◎Visitor Information◎

• Exhibition opening hours: Weekdays 10:00-17:00 (ticket sales and entry stop at 16:30), Holidays 10:00-18:00 (ticket sales and entry stop at 17:00).
• Entry is granted by exchanging the ticket for a wristband on-site. The experience wristband is proof of entry and exit from the exhibition venue and is limited to 1 entry. Please keep the wristband safe; no reissuance will be made if lost or artificially damaged.
• The exhibition adopts a one-way viewing route to ensure that all visitors can enjoy the most complete experience. The "Immersive Theater" in the exhibition has fixed showtimes; please refer to the recommended entry times on the ticketing platform.
• The organizer does not provide luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to staff instructions. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe.
• The immersive projection area within the exhibition venue is relatively dim due to exhibition content planning requirements. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself, your companions, and other visitors. When children visit, accompanying parents should fulfill their responsibility to protect and supervise to ensure the safety of children.
• The exhibition venue provides a free play area. If malicious damage or theft of exhibits and play equipment is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to pursue responsibility.
• To maintain exhibition quality and safety, some exhibition areas have time, frequency, and number restrictions. Please cooperate with on-site service personnel's instructions for queuing and entry.
• To protect the viewing rights of others, the use of flash, fill lights, tripods, selfie sticks, stabilizers, and other auxiliary equipment is prohibited when taking photos and videos.
• There are no restrooms, water dispensers, or trash cans within the exhibition venue. If needed, please use the restrooms and water dispenser facilities outside the exhibition area before re-entering to visit.
• Eating, drinking, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited within the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food, beverages, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any contraband, or other items deemed dangerous by staff into the venue.
• Please follow the relevant visiting regulations and staff instructions. If instructions are not followed and no improvement is made after persuasion, resulting in injury, damage, loss, or other disputes, the organizer shall not be held responsible, and the organizer reserves the right to request departure without refund or compensation for ticket fees.
• Selling or reselling tickets on-site at the exhibition venue is prohibited; if improper behavior persists after persuasion, immediate departure will be required without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
• There are fixed staff members throughout the exhibition venue to maintain order. If you discover any suspicious persons or unknown objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
