[Ticket Precautions]

• Single tickets are for one person only, valid for one entry, and cannot be reused; parent-child tickets require two people to enter simultaneously and cannot be used separately. Present the ticket at the venue to exchange for a wristband for entry.
• The experience wristband is the credential for entering and exiting the exhibition hall and is valid for 1 entry only. Please keep the wristband safe. No reissuance will be made if lost or artificially damaged.
• Children who have not reached the full age can enter for free with relevant identification; age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 (inclusive) or above with a ticket.
• Those eligible for free admission should proactively present their identification for verification by staff before entry. If not eligible, please purchase a ticket according to your status; those eligible for concession tickets (concessionary elderly tickets) cannot request partial refunds or compensation for ticket price differences after entering with the ticket.
• To ensure clear identification by service personnel, necessary companions for individuals with disabilities should closely follow the individual with disabilities for entry.
• For pre-sale ticket gifts, please present your ticket at the entrance check-in counter to receive an exchange card. The exchange card is not registered, so please keep it safe. No reissuance will be made if lost.
• The ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until the end of the exhibition on 2026/12/20; please refer to the official announcement for exhibition opening hours). Expired tickets will be considered void. For refund requests, please complete the process through the original ticket purchase channel before the end of the exhibition on 2026/12/20. Requests after this date will not be accepted. For refund procedures, please refer to the refund policy of the original ticket purchase channel. A 10% handling fee of the actual sales price will be charged for each ticket. Postage and remittance fees incurred due to refunds shall be borne by the refunding party.
• For the purchase of package deals (including parent-child double packages), please note that the entire package must be unused to be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds for tickets purchased on-site are only accepted at the on-site ticket booth. A complete, unused ticket, purchase invoice, and relevant proof of purchase (e.g., mobile payment record) must be provided.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition operating hours or regulations, please refer to the announcements on-site, on the official website, or on the official Instagram: Tiger Grandma and Her Friends (@whoogupo). In case of any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

◎Visitor Information◎

• Exhibition opening hours: Weekdays 10:00-17:00 (ticket sales and entry stop at 16:30), Weekends 10:00-18:00 (ticket sales and entry stop at 17:00).
• Present your ticket at the venue to exchange for a wristband for entry. The experience wristband is the credential for entering and exiting the exhibition hall and is valid for 1 entry only. Please keep the wristband safe. No reissuance will be made if lost or artificially damaged.
• The organizer does not provide luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition hall as instructed by staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe.
• The immersive projection area in the exhibition hall is relatively dim due to exhibition content planning requirements. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself, your companions, and other visitors. When children visit, accompanying parents should fulfill their responsibility for protection and supervision to ensure the children's safety.
• The exhibition hall provides a free play area. If malicious damage or theft of exhibits and play equipment is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to pursue responsibility.
• To maintain exhibition quality and safety, some exhibition areas have time, frequency, and number limits. Please follow the instructions of on-site service personnel to queue for entry. If you finish the experience or leave midway and wish to re-engage in the interactive experience, please re-queue.
• To protect the viewing rights of other visitors, the use of flashlights, fill lights, tripods, selfie sticks, stabilizers, and other auxiliary equipment is prohibited when taking photos or videos.
• There are no restrooms, water dispensers, or trash cans in the exhibition hall. If needed, please use the restrooms and water dispenser facilities outside the exhibition hall before entering.
• Eating, drinking, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food, beverages, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any prohibited items, or other items deemed dangerous by staff into the exhibition hall.
• Please follow the relevant visiting regulations and the instructions of the staff. If instructions are not followed and there is no intention to improve after being advised, resulting in injury, damage, loss, or other disputes, the organizer shall not be held responsible, and the organizer reserves the right to request departure without refund or compensation for ticket fees.
• Selling or reselling tickets on-site at the exhibition is prohibited; if improper behavior persists after being advised, immediate departure is required without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
• There are designated staff members in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious person or unknown object, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
