The only downside is that the customers next to you are constantly chatting with the service staff and it's very noisy.

The experience was great. The decor wasn't luxurious or high-end, but it was very cozy. I always appreciate places with dogs! This time, all the technicians were women and very friendly, but I personally prefer male technicians, as their strength might be more sufficient.

This was my first time experiencing the Kim Ha Vietnamese hair wash, and overall, I was extremely satisfied. The salon environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. From the moment I was greeted to the end of the service, I felt completely relaxed. The hair wash included a head, neck, and shoulder massage, performed with professional technique and just the right amount of pressure, which really relieved the fatigue and stress from my daily work. Every step of the process was done with great care, showing their dedication and professionalism. After the wash, my scalp felt refreshed, and my neck and shoulders were much more relaxed; I felt completely rejuvenated. I received a 70-minute foot reflexology massage. I was a little apprehensive because it was the cheapest place I'd been to so far. The shop was smaller than others, and I thought the therapist might be a temp rather than a permanent staff member, but when I visited two days later, it was the same person, so perhaps she is dedicated to the shop. The quality of the massage was just as good as other places. Walking the next day was much easier, which was a huge help since I walk over 15,000 steps daily when I go to Taiwan. The male manager? was also very friendly. I think the best part about this place is the cat! (lol) I'll definitely visit again!
