This event encompasses attractions such as Kyoto Imperial Palace, Nijo Castle, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Nishiki Market, Hanamikoji, Gion, Kiyomizu-dera, Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka, Kinkaku-ji, Path of Philosophy, Ginkaku-ji, Yasaka Shrine, Arashiyama Sakura Tunnel, Tenryu-ji, Nijo Castle, and Arashiyama, with the option for custom routes (put your customized itinerary at checkout page).
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets?
Your Car Charter service will last for a total of 8 hours or 10 hours. The duration of each stop can be tailored to your preferences. Typically, the driver will consult with you to ensure ample time for sightseeing and photography.
Please note that admission tickets are not included in this activity, and you will need to purchase them separately. For details on what is included, please refer to the package details.

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
The driver information and car plate number will be provided to customers 1 day before the participation date from 18:00 to 2 hours before the participation time, please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Wechat).

- Car rental with driver service for 8 or 10 hours for the day. The last service time is at 10:00 AM. It is recommended to plan your departure time so that you can fully enjoy the Kyoto sights
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Maximum of 2 child seats per vehicle for an additional surcharge. If you require a child safety seat, you may purchase add-ons for child seats under each activity package.

- Once you have booked your charter, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and will be in touch to notify you of your applicable surcharges. Surcharges can be booked directly and in advance under the service’s Package Options
- Please note that for overtime beyond the duration you select or services rendered from 20:00-22:00, less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour for the outside service hours surcharge fee
- If the return trip is overtime due to traffic conditions, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
- In case an overtime fee and the extra milage fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
- Charter service hours are from 8:00 to 20:00. The latest departure time is 10:00.

We had a great experience with this car rental service in Kyoto. The driver was very polite and professional, which made the journey comfortable and stress free. They were also very organized. We received both email and WhatsApp confirmation one day before the trip, which was reassuring. The driver arrived at our hotel right on time. Having a private car really made traveling around Kyoto much easier. In just 8 hours, we managed to visit at least four popular tourist spots without rushing. Mr Ji is very friendly and made great suggestions to the locations that we wanted to go. He planned the itinerary and we made it to many places, beating the crowd! He speaks Chinese and a little English. Van was very clean and comfortable.
We are a family of six with one eledery. The privare chartered is a food choice and vary convenient. The service conatcted us via whats app one day before the trup. Our initery was customized so informed them early which they acknowledeg via whats app. Our driver is Mr Taro is very nice, friendly and a good driver. He assisted us and ensure our trip is smooth. We have no provlem communication as the driver speak a little bit of english and have a transalor in cases we have trouble conveying with one another We were able to accomplished all the stated places in our itinerary and even finished early and still have some time left. We requested to Mr Taro if we can still go to another place in which he very much accommodated us. Overall the trip was great. I highly recommend this.
