However, my instructor, Xiao Yang (Rocky), immediately put me at ease with his calm, patient demeanor and clear instructions. He broke down each step in a way that was easy to understand, always taking the time to encourage every small success. Thanks to his positive guidance and unwavering support, I quickly found myself gaining confidence and actually enjoying the process! I highly recommend Xiao Yang (Rocky) to anyone new to skiing—his professionalism and kindness truly made my experience unforgettable. I will definitely look for him on my next trip!
Organised this for the family to get started with skiing. The lesson had to be shifted as the Kokusai resort was closed due to high winds, but they let us know via email and organised to go to a different resort - Tiene which was still very good and great that they were flexible. The instructor we had, Raki, was excellent. Able to adapt the lessons to different abilities and guide us very well in some quite windy and snowy conditions.
Coach Yuzu's teaching is thorough and meticulous, with clear and easy-to-understand explanations. They are able to flexibly adjust course content based on the student's level. With immense patience, the teaching atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, allowing students to quickly build confidence and master skills. Coach Yuzu is a highly professional and trustworthy excellent coach.
Highly recommend Coach Xun Xun. He's serious and responsible, and he teaches beginners step-by-step, without wasting any time. He's a great skier and a great teacher, highly recommended!
