Had a great experience from start to finish with this easy going cruise service. Booking and pick up of the ticket was seamless with the My Xuan counter easily visible towards the main port building. Boarding was smooth and I greatly appreciated being recognised and valued as a solo traveller. The crew ushered me to the front row of the boat when I was initially nestled at the back. Dance performance to kick off the ride was a nice cultural touch to liven up the atmosphere. They also gave me my own plate of fruits so I did not have to share mine with the family next to me. The cruise ride itself was smooth sailing and gave the passengers a good view of the main bridges as well as the riverfront areas. The city lights at night were beautiful. Weather can get a little chilly at night especially at the end of the year, so you may want to pack a jacket. Overall, value for money and would recommend this company

It was a wonderful experience in Da Nang. Before my trip , staff contacted me to provide clear location to the ticket counter, which is located in front of the Novotel Hotel. He even called me when I could not find the right location and he tried to supported me. According to Klook's description, the ride was only supposed to last 40-45 minutes. But instead, I booked the 8 PM Saturday ride, and the staff confirmed that the ride would be longer than usual because it was the weekend, to ensure I wouldn't miss it or be late if I had an early flight. And I was very happy, because I knew that by booking the 8 PM ride, I would get to see the fire show. The ride went quite smoothly; the boat stopped near the Dragon Bridge so I could watch the show. Even more surprisingly, they parked in a very nice spot. It was a very enjoyable ride, and I will recommend this experience to my friends.

Booking the admission ticket with a Silver Wow Pass is worth it. We did not have to queue in the long line. I suggest that if you are going to Sun World Ba Na Hills, you should book the ticket with a Silver Wow Pass.

Absolutely amazing! Absolutely worth it! Na Tran was an amazing tour guide. She was really patient and gave a lot of information. She texted well on WhatsApp and was helpful throughout the tour. The place is absolutely amazing. There was a lot of fog and no rain luckily. I would definitely do this again!

Our visit to Ba Na Hills was unforgettable The place is absolutely Amazing!- from the breathtaking views to the unique attractions, everything was worth the trip The cable car ride was one of the most exciting parts of our experience . The BUFFET was impressive- offering a wide variety of delicious dishes.There were many options to choose from, and everything we tried are satisfying! We will definitely come back and will recommend BA NA HILLS to our family and friends.

This place is really awesome, thank you. I recommend taking the overview tour by car upon arrival. It's $100,000 VND for 2 hours. They'll drive you around and stop at each location, very convenient and then you can see where to go later. There's a zoo and birds. They only allow dry entry at 9 AM and 12 PM. There's no hair dryer. The food options are decent, a large number of cafes. Bring your own water. They allow you to bring your own food in. Tickets are cheaper to buy on Klook. And it's better to go on weekdays, fewer people.

Booked a combo ticket for both entertainment and food, all amenities and facilities, buffet is very satisfactory. Also got a discount when paying on the app. Will buy long-term tickets on Klook.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a tour guide so far. The guide introduced every participant to the country, spoke warmly with everyone, and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They took great care of the whole group, and the dinner was perfect.
