The tour was great, although extremely humid, like all tourist areas the sites were packed with tourists, the lunch was good. My only comment was they said they cannot pick me up from my hotel because the will not pass by my hotel and was asked to go to a different meet up point, when in fact the bus did pass by my hotel. Overall, it was a fun tour.

Too rush for the entire trip. Suggest to do away the morning stops such as Hai Van Pass and not so relevant Lagoon stop to maximise the time spend in Hue city places of interest.

The day trip to Hue is great! The tour guide is pretty good and knowledgeable in answering our questions. The lunch in Garden Restaurant is fantastic! Really enjoyed ourselves, despite the super hot weather. The tomb of the 12th King and imperial palace are surely worth the visit!

I was contacted promptly by Jackie, the contact person for this tour, after receiving the confirmation email. He told me the bus couldn’t come to my hotel, hence I was to meet at Cham Museum to board the bus. I appreciate his prompt service because it gave me ample time to explore how I should get to Cham Museum from my hotel, as this is my first visit to Danang on a solo trip. On the morning of the tour, Jackie sent a reminder and asked that I informed him when I boarded the bus. The guide spoke good English and took care of all in the group, who came from other parts of Vietnam, as well as Japan, Korea and Singapore. He switched effortlessly from English to Vietnamese. Although those who have been to China would not find the places of interest too impressive (the tomb, imperial palace, etc), I appreciate the professionalism of both the contact person of Klook and the service provider. The lunch which was included was very delicious and filling. Thanks for the good service.

Amazing experience! Very friendly and resourceful guides. Nothing really interesting about the previous stops personally, but the highlight of the Hue city was spectacular.

We had a pleasant journey visiting the ancient city of Hue with Cong! He’s attentive, responsible and a very knowledgable tour guide that speaks good English. We started our tour with a look out stop of LangCo Beach at the Hai Van Pass. This is a bonus and a refreshing pit stop after more than an hour drive from Danang. Lunch was yummy at a local traditional Hue restaurant. After lunch, we proceeded to the site of the tomb of the 12th King-which is informative; and the Perfume River was a peaceful sight to behold. We were looking forward to visiting the Citadel but it turn out to be a great disappointment (if compared to the Forbidden City in Beijing). We enjoyed the trip overall although we hope the Citadel could be restored at a faster and more efficient pace. It now lies in quite a sorry state and does not reflect the grandeur it used to be.
