Things to do in Hải Vân Pass

Our guide Oanh was very knowledgable and funny. The tour was entertaining and very educational. Despite the blistering weather it was a good experience and a must do when you come to Da Nang.

Had an amazing day tour to Hue exploring Vietnam's historical heritage! This was by far the best handled guided tour I've taken. Our guide, Tâm, messaged the pickup time in advance and met me right at the hotel entrance. We took the tunnel instead of the Hai Van Pass, but Tâm gave us a great history overview along the way, including a nice coffee break at a lagoon. The Highlights: Khai Dinh Tomb: Incredibly beautiful and unique architecture. Lunch: A wonderful group meal at a lovely hotel. Tâm perfectly handled my dietary restrictions. Thien Mu Pagoda: Stunning views and even better architecture. The Imperial Citadel: Amazing!! I’ve never seen such a beautifully restored palace. It was worth every bit of the heat. Quick Tip: The 2.5-hour drive is very comfortable and great for a nap. Definitely bring a hat and stay hydrated, as walking around the sites gets really hot. Overall, an incredible experience!

Ryan was an amazing tour guide with very good English. we saw the important sights and everything was great!. I highly recommend the experience.

The pace of the tour is just nice, not too rush at each of the location. The guide, Van, took good care of the group. Lunch is good too.

The tour guide was incredibly enthusiastic and spoke excellent English. They likely noticed our English wasn't perfect and made a great effort to explain the history of each attraction. The journey was long and the weather was hot, but thanks to the excellent arrangements, it was completed smoothly and successfully. It was definitely worth the value!

I participated in mid-June, and it was incredibly hot, so a parasol and sunglasses were absolute must-haves. Our guide, Van, gave very clear explanations! Most importantly, her English was very easy to understand. She mentioned she had learned it herself, and although I was initially worried about understanding, it wasn't too difficult and was very educational. Reviewing the places we visited after returning home will surely deepen my understanding, which is my task now. It was also helpful that we could specify pickup and drop-off locations (within the designated area). The tour includes lunch and two bottles of water, so no worries there! You can enjoy it even if you're traveling alone!

The guide Ms. Vo gave us lots of good trivia and was good at giving jokes. The itinerary was great and the restaurant’s food was delicious.

best experience. though it was scorching hot, the tour guide still made the tour pleasant for us & she was being considerate of our needs. the driver drives safely too
